Tammy and I bought this home in June of 2005. Built in 1954, it needed a lot of work due to the previous owners not really taking care of it the last 10 years or so. But, we got a great deal on it and knew what we were getting into. And I hate mowing the lawn. So I pay to have it done for me! We do live in a great neighborhood, across the street from a golf course. FREE BALLS! And right away the work began. New interior paint, new windows, new bathroom, new deck and now a new kitchen! It is amazing what money can get you! These pages are for Kathy at Bozzuto's! BATHROOM! This was done in January of 2006. This room was by far the worst room in the house. It was a tiny bathroom for starters, and really should have been condemned. The window was leaking badly, and we knew water was leaking behind the wall. The shower walls were falling apart, the toilet was cracked.... To make the room bigger, we stole the closet from the adjacent room and made that small bedroom the laundry room! This way we had a first floor laundry (instead of the basement). They had to completely rebuild the exterior wall due to water damage but when it was all done, the expense was worth it!!! And we now have a Jacuzzi tub.
